• All orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days after payment confirmation

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

• Handcrafted or made-to-order products may require additional processing time

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within India

• International shipping may be introduced in the future

If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and process a refund if required.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location:

• Metro cities: 3-4 business days

• Non-metro / remote areas: 5-7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Charges may vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location

• Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned

5. Courier & Logistics Partners

DELIGHT CRAFT is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the package is handed over to them.

In such cases, delivery will be re-attempted as per courier policy.

• Additional shipping charges incurred due to address correction

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Do not accept the delivery if possible

• Take clear photos/videos of the package and product

• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.

There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

11. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal by the recipient

Reshipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled as per our Refund Policy.

12. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is delivered.
