KaarigariDecor is a brand owned and operated by DELIGHT CRAFT, a business registered under the laws of India.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery

• The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging

Requests made after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

• Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. How to Request a Return

• Order ID

• Product name

• Reason for return

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 4-5 business days.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

• Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared

• In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product

• Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

DELIGHT CRAFT is not responsible for damage during unauthorized return shipments.

5. Replacement Policy

• If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

• Replacement is subject to product availability

• If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on bank or payment gateway)

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing begins

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

9. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items may be returned and refunded as per this policy, and a new order can be placed separately.

10. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping may be covered by us

• For all other approved returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer

11. Policy Abuse

DELIGHT CRAFT reserves the right to:

• Refuse returns or refunds in cases of repeated misuse

• Take necessary action against fraudulent return requests

• Handcrafted products may have minor natural variations, which are not considered defects
